At FieldDuty Co., we stand behind everything we make. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll make it right.


30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn/unused and in original condition

    • Tags attached

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammables, or aerosols

The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are automatically sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
