Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy option. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.


1. Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel or update your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders allow you to reserve out-of-stock or upcoming products not yet available in our inventory.

  • At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment depending on the item. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged once the product ships (or when the remaining balance is due).

  • Cancellations:

    • If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel and request a refund of any deposit or payment made.

    • Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our [Return & Refund Policy].


3. Try Before You Buy

  • For eligible items, we will place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method when your order is placed.

  • You’ll have a set trial period (specified at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If you return the item within the trial window, the authorization will be released or refunded.

  • If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
