Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy option. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve out-of-stock or upcoming products not yet available in our inventory.

At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment depending on the item. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged once the product ships (or when the remaining balance is due).

Cancellations:

If your pre-order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel and request a refund of any deposit or payment made.

Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. Try Before You Buy

For eligible items, we will place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method when your order is placed.

You’ll have a set trial period (specified at checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.

If you return the item within the trial window, the authorization will be released or refunded.

If you keep the item beyond the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
