1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing may take a little longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery method.

  • Occasionally, we may run free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.


3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing within the U.S.

  • International delivery times vary and may take 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your package has shipped.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@fielddutyco.com with photos, and we’ll help make it right.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

  • Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for shipment.
